Is Postman Interceptor safe?

Developer tool for capturing HTTP traffic to send to Postman Client. Intercepts all network requests via webRequest API and accesses all cookies. While functionality is disclosed for a debugging tool, the broad <all_urls> scope and full traffic interception capability present notable risk if the extension is compromised or if users are unaware of the extent of data access.
