Is 猫抓(cat-catch) safe?

cat-catch intercepts all browser network requests to detect and capture media URLs (video, audio, M3U8, and MPD streams).

The extension registers a webRequest listener on all URLs and inspects response headers to identify media resources such as video files, HLS streams, and DASH manifests. Detected media URLs are stored locally in extension storage and displayed to the user via the popup, where they can be downloaded directly or forwarded to a user-configured local endpoint such as an aria2 RPC server. When the optional cache-capture mode is active, the extension also injects a content script that removes sandbox attributes from iframes on the page to reach embedded media players.
