Is Ad block & Adblocker - No Ads extension safe?

Functional ad blocker that transmits every visited URL with a persistent user UUID to smartadblocker.com on every page load, with no user disclosure or opt-out. The UUID is stored in chrome.storage.sync (cross-device). The exfiltration endpoint is the domain of a separate extension (Smart Adblocker), suggesting a shared data-collection backend across multiple extensions. Remote filter rule updates and Twitch ad-skipping are standard ad-blocker behaviour.
