IA4Chrome is low risk. If you have the IA4Chrome extension installed, every website you visit gets reported to a helper program running on your own computer. The extension opens a channel to a local native application called com.interact.iachrome, and as soon as that program signals it is ready, the extension starts sending it a record for every page load: the full URL you navigated to, the page's title, which browser tab it happened in, and a timestamp. This happens automatically as you browse — there is no extra permission prompt beyond the extension's install-time host permissions, and nothing appears in the browser UI to indicate a record was sent. The data leaves the browser process itself over Chrome's native-messaging channel, so what the local helper program does with it afterward — keep it on disk, forward it over the network, hand it to another local process — is outside the extension's own code and outside what dynamic analysis of the browser side can observe.
