Is Permutive Extension safe?

Permutive Extension is a developer/debugging tool for validating Permutive SDK deployments. It intercepts ad requests to DoubleClick and SmartAdServer to display targeting data in the extension popup, and injects a frontend script into every page to detect the Permutive SDK. The broad permissions (all URLs, scripting) are consistent with its stated purpose as a debugging tool. No data is transmitted to external servers by the extension itself.
