Is Speechify — Text to Speech safe?

Speechify is a legitimate text-to-speech and voice AI assistant with 1M+ users. The extension provides text-to-speech, voice typing, and AI chat features. Analysis revealed extensive analytics/telemetry (Segment.io, Amplitude, Grafana) and WASM binaries for ML inference (ONNX Runtime). The postMessage handler correctly validates origin. No malicious behavior detected, but significant data collection for product analytics.
