Is FortiClient WebFilter safe?

FortiClient WebFilter is a legitimate enterprise web filtering extension by Fortinet. The extension communicates with a local FortiClient EMS agent (localhost:17713) to enforce corporate web filtering policies. The Microsoft Copilot reference found by ext-analyzer is a false positive - it's simply a hardcoded search engine constant, not an exfiltration endpoint.
