Microsoft Bing Homepage & Search Engine reads all browser cookies to extract affiliate codes and transmits daily telemetry including a persistent machine GUID to Microsoft servers.

The extension calls chrome.cookies.getAll() with no domain filter, retrieving cookies from every site the browser has visited, then extracts and removes any affiliate tracking cookies named PCCode or channel. On a daily schedule it sends a telemetry ping to g.ceipmsn.com containing a persistent machine GUID, browser language, OS, and extension version. It also writes affiliate tracking cookies (_NTPC, _DPC) into the bing.com cookie jar on startup to attribute user searches to an OEM or reseller channel.
