網頁全螢幕看影片 lets pages send video fullscreen and picture-in-picture commands to its content script.

The content script runs on most sites and in all frames. It listens for page message strings such as parentFull, innerFull, and iframePicInPic without checking the sender origin, then changes page video state or forwards those commands between frames. The reviewed code does not show this behavior sending data to an external server.
