法语助手 runs on all sites and sends selected page text, page-translation batches, and video subtitles to translation backends.

Its content scripts load in all frames on all URLs, including file URLs, so selection translation, page translation, word hints, and subtitle translation can collect visible DOM text or subtitle strings from the page. The background translation worker posts text batches to Microsoft Translator by default and includes a Google Translate HTML endpoint as an alternate backend.
