Is Questa Mobi Desktop Tab safe?

Questa Mobi Desktop Tab replaces the new-tab page and sends every search query the user types to desktop.questa.mobi.

When installed, the extension overrides the browser's new-tab page with its own search form. Any search the user submits is sent as a GET request to desktop.questa.mobi/search/, including the full query string. The redirect fires on every new-tab search, routing query data through the extension's own server rather than the user's chosen search provider.
