Is Thanos Wallet safe?

Thanos Wallet injects a dApp provider (window.thanos) that any website can call to request accounts and sign transactions.

Thanos Wallet is a multi-chain crypto wallet (Bitcoin, Solana, and EIP-1193-compatible chains) that injects a provider into every page so websites can request wallet connections, switch chains, and ask for transaction or message signatures. Each of these privileged calls -- connecting an account, sending a transaction, or signing a message -- requires the user to approve it in the extension's popup before it goes through; no request resolves automatically.
