Is iTour Video Translation safe?

iTour Video Translation captures audio from the current tab, screen, or microphone and streams it to Alibaba Cloud and Microsoft speech services for transcription.

When you start a translation, the extension uses desktop/tab capture and the microphone to grab audio on any site, downsamples it to 16kHz PCM, and sends it over a WebSocket to Alibaba Cloud's speech-recognition gateway in China and Microsoft Cognitive Speech. The resulting transcript text is then forwarded to Baidu, Microsoft, and the extension's own translation APIs. The extension also ships a full RSA-2048 private key in its client code, which it uses to decrypt the Alibaba Cloud appKey and access token it authenticates with.
