Is JustCall - Click To Call for CRM Tools safe?
JustCall injects its content script into any page whose URL merely contains one of ~260 CRM domain names anywhere in the string.
On every tab navigation, JustCall checks the tab's URL against a remote-fetched allowlist and two hardcoded lists of roughly 130 CRM/SaaS hostnames (e.g. hubspot.com, zoho.com, monday.com) using a plain substring search rather than a proper hostname match. Because the check only looks for the domain text anywhere in the full URL, a page on an unrelated site can trigger the same injection by including one of those names in its own path, query string, or fragment, giving that page's script the same access content.js has to the extension's messaging, dialer, and microphone-check features. The allowlist itself is also fetched from JustCall's own server with no signature or integrity check.

What this publisher told the store about itself, and the other listings that told it the same thing.
Shared hosts - 5 hostnames
Hostnames hardcoded in this extension that few other listings call. That can mean one operator behind both, and it can equally mean a small shared vendor, so it is context rather than a conclusion. Hosts that many listings call are left out: they are services, not connections.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed JustCall contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
