Is Repeek (formerly FACEIT Enhancer) safe?

Repeek sends FACEIT match activity and Steam IDs to its own servers and fetches a remote config that controls all extension behavior.

On each FACEIT page load, the extension retrieves a JSON config from extension-cdn.repeek.gg that governs which UI elements are injected and which features are active. As users interact with FACEIT matches, the extension transmits telemetry events — including match IDs, skin slugs, and Steam IDs — to extension-api.repeek.gg. Both the config and telemetry calls are routed through the background script.
