n8n Chat reads your full n8n workflow JSON and sends it to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini).

n8n Chat is a chat assistant for building and debugging n8n workflows. When you ask it something, it serializes the entire current workflow, including every node's parameters and configuration, and appends it to the prompt sent to the third-party AI provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) using your own API key. The extension runs on all sites and injects a packaged helper script into the page to read n8n's internal workflow store, and its login handler accepts auth tokens from any page on its own origin before validating them server-side at n8nchat.com.
