Is Tasks for Canvas™ safe?

Tasks for Canvas™ sends the school's hostname to the developer's analytics server at most once every 30 days.

When the extension detects a Canvas LMS page (by checking for the ic-app element), a content script captures the current hostname and POSTs it to tasksforcanvas.onrender.com/analytics. This transmission occurs at most once every 30 days per browser profile, controlled by a timestamp stored in synced browser storage. No other page content or user-identifying data is included in the payload.
