Is Terms of Service; Didn’t Read safe?

Terms of Service; Didn't Read displays crowd-sourced ToS ratings for the current site by fetching a service database from api.tosdr.org.

On install and periodically, the extension downloads the full ToS;DR service database from api.tosdr.org and caches it in local storage. When you navigate to a site, it looks up the domain in that local cache and shows a rating badge on the toolbar icon. No browsing data is sent to external servers during normal operation; the only outbound request is the database refresh.
