Is uBlock Origin development build safe?

Blocks ads, trackers, and malware sites using uBlock Origin filter lists in a development build.

This is the official development build of uBlock Origin for testing fixes and finding regressions before stable release. By default, it blocks ads, trackers, and malware sites using EasyList, EasyPrivacy, Peter Lowe’s lists, malware-site lists, and uBlock Origin’s own filter lists. It installs separately from the stable uBlock Origin extension and does not share settings with it.
