Is AutoRemote safe?
AutoRemote sends entered short device URLs to Google URL Shortener when adding a device.
When a user adds a device on the options page, AutoRemote tries to expand the entered device URL before saving it. For goo.gl-style URLs, the extension sends the short URL to Google's URL Shortener API using a bundled API key and then reads the expanded AutoRemote URL for the device key.
