Bilibili Video Download Helper resolves your public IP and sends a per-user telemetry record to an Alibaba Cloud logging service on downloads.

On install and update the extension looks up your public IP address and region via ipinfo.io (falling back to ip-api.com) and mints a persistent per-user UUID. When you download a video or click certain buttons it assembles a record containing your IP, UUID, region, operating system, browser language, and install time and sends it to a third-party Alibaba Cloud SLS logstore. It also POSTs the extension ID to twiclips.com on install/update to fetch a remote configuration that it stores locally.
