Is CFCA CryptoKit.BDBank V3 Extension safe?

CFCA CryptoKit relays messages between vendor web pages and a local native application on your computer.

The extension lets pages on cfca.com.cn and bd-bank.com.cn connect to a native messaging host and pass it JSON commands, returning the host's replies to the page. The host name is supplied by the calling page, and the native host only accepts connections if it lists this extension. No data is shown being sent to remote servers by the extension itself.
