Is Downloader for Instagram - Promaster safe?

The extension periodically fetches redirect rules from check.statatracker.com with a stored user ID. When enabled by that config, it watches tab navigations and opens a hidden pinned tab to user.firstassay.com/link with the matched visited URL as the destination.
