Is Dropbox Direct Link Generator safe?

Dropbox Direct Link Generator reads Dropbox links from the popup clipboard and saves the last link in Chrome sync storage.

When the popup opens, the extension attempts to paste the current clipboard contents and checks whether it contains a Dropbox link with dl=0. Matching clipboard text, and any link typed into the popup, is saved as the last Dropbox URL in Chrome sync storage.
