Is Disable Content-Security-Policy safe?

Disable Content-Security-Policy removes Content-Security-Policy response headers on tabs where users enable it.

When the toolbar button is clicked, the extension stores that tab ID and applies a declarativeNetRequest session rule for main-frame and sub-frame requests in that tab. The rule removes the Content-Security-Policy response header, and the extension also clears service workers on affected tab updates so cached pages do not bypass that behavior.
