Is Journal Metrics safe?

Adds journal quartile metrics and a publication-type chart to Google Scholar pages.

This extension shows journal quartile information directly on Google Scholar pages so users can view journal ranking context without extra searches. On Google Scholar profile pages, it adds a pie chart summarizing Q1–Q4 journals, conference papers, and unmatched journals, with the chart updating as page content changes.
