Is Kee - Password Manager safe?

Kee captures form credentials from every web page and disables the browser's built-in password manager.

Kee is a password manager companion that injects a content script into all pages to capture usernames, passwords, and form metadata on submission and stores them for KeePass or KeeVault. On startup it sets chrome.privacy.services.passwordSavingEnabled to false, disabling the browser's native credential storage. It also intercepts HTTP Basic and NTLM authentication prompts across all URLs to auto-fill matching credentials from the connected password vault.
