That content is transmitted to a server controlled by Urban VPN at guardrail.urban-vpn.com. This behavior is part of the extension's 'Chats Anonymization' feature and is enabled when you accept the PII consent screen. The user prompts are capped at 10 KB per message and AI replies at 30 KB per message before transmission. When the extension's safe-browsing feature is active, every page you navigate to sends the full URL, page title, and the URL you came from to a server at anti-mining-protection-toolbar.urban-vpn.com. The request is made on every navigation event and includes a persistent per-user identifier (panalyticsId). A server-configurable filter can suppress transmission for URLs matching sensitive-URL rules, but the URL is sent in all other cases. This feature activates when users accept the safe-browsing policy in the extension settings.
