Is Lock Adblock safe?

Lock Adblock injects a hidden iframe pointing to loader.media into every page visited, starting four hours after installation.

The extension masquerades as uBlock Origin Lite but includes a background script that records the install timestamp and relays it to a content script running on all pages. Once four hours have elapsed, the content script appends a hidden, sandboxed iframe loading content from loader.media/loader to every page the user visits. The iframe is granted the allow-top-navigation sandbox flag, which permits the remotely loaded content to navigate the top-level browser window to any URL.
