Is Page Marker Extension safe?

This extension lets you annotate web pages with pen highlights or use a tab as a virtual whiteboard.

It turns the current browser tab into a canvas for drawing and highlighting. The description presents it as a tool for meetings, tutorials, code reviews, and brainstorming without switching to another app.
