Is SiteArmor - Malware Protection safe?

SiteArmor - Malware Protection lets any website open its warning page to allowlist an attacker-chosen domain.

A website can load the extension's public warning page with chosen URL and domain parameters. If the user clicks Proceed, the extension saves that domain as trusted in Chrome local storage, which can let it bypass SiteArmor's blocking decision.
