Talia reads your LinkedIn session cookies and sends them to its vendor backend, and collects candidate data from recruiting and email pages.

Talia is a recruiting tool that runs on LinkedIn, Indeed, APEC, France Travail, Hellowork, CVaden, Gmail and Outlook. When prompted by its own panel, it reads your LinkedIn authentication cookies and POSTs them to app-v4.tool4staffing.com so the vendor can drive your LinkedIn session server-side through a hardcoded Unipile automation account. On those same sites it scrapes candidate names, job titles, experience, qualifications, languages, email and CV files and uploads them to the vendor's API to create candidate records.
