Is Translate Web Page safe?

Translate Web Page stores translated page text, page titles, and URLs in site-readable localStorage.

When you enable translation for a domain, the extension translates page text, selected attributes, and the page title using Chrome's built-in Translator API. It caches the original text, translated text, page title, timestamps, and current URL under tsmpl_cache_<lang> in that site's localStorage, where scripts on the same site can read them.
