Is Twitch.tv True Quality safe?

Keeps Twitch streams and videos at Source quality when tabs or windows are in the background.

This extension prevents Twitch stream quality from dropping when you switch tabs, minimize windows, or multitask. It can force Source quality by default, provides an on/off toggle, and works with Twitch live streams, VODs, clips, and embedded Twitch streams according to the store description.
