URL Shortener is high risk. Each time you open the extension's popup, it contacts a remote server at dsnetx.web.app and downloads a notification config. If the server returns a message payload, the extension injects the server-supplied text directly into the popup as raw HTML — with no sanitization. A compromised or attacker-controlled server response could render arbitrary HTML inside the extension popup.
