Is VideoSkip safe?
Filters selected sections of streaming videos by skipping, muting, or blanking them based on loaded skip files.
This extension uses .skp skip files and category filters based on IMDb Parents Guide categories to control flagged parts of a video. Users can load or create skip files, sync them to a video service, and choose filter strength with sliders for each category. It can also open the VideoSkip Exchange to find skip files for popular films.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed VideoSkip contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
