Is Yandex.Bar safe?

Yandex.Bar sends per-navigation URLs, page titles, and referrers to Yandex, and transmits browsing history depth on first install.

When the stat opt-in preference is enabled, the extension captures each page's URL, title, and referrer on every tab navigation and forwards them to bar-navig.yandex.ru along with a per-tab UUID identifier. On first install, the extension retrieves the full browser history, buckets the total entry count and number of active days, and sends those counts to clck.yandex.ru as a usage metric. The browsing-history transmission occurs at install time regardless of the stat preference on Firefox builds unless ENABLE_STAT_OPTION is explicitly set.
