2fa-authenticator-guard is medium risk. When you use 2FA Authenticator Guard without logging in, stored TOTP account credentials are encrypted with the fixed password 999999999. The extension also stores the no-login marker and wrapped salt in local extension storage, so those saved credentials can be recovered from the local storage data when no-login mode is enabled.
