Is Audio Output Selector safe?

Choose audio output devices for audio and video elements in the current tab.

This extension lets you switch which audio output device is used by audio and video elements, such as playing one tab through speakers and another through a headset. It uses the browser’s experimental Audio Output Devices API, which must be enabled in about:config. With the activeTab permission, it runs on the current tab when invoked; new media elements may require rerunning the extension.
