Is Block Site - Site Blocker & Focus Mode safe?

Block Site adds a detectable extension-specific DOM marker to every top-level page it visits.

The content script runs on all URLs and, on each top-level page load, appends a div whose id is derived from the extension ID. That marker stays in the page DOM, so page scripts can detect that this extension is installed. The available report identifies no external data recipients.
