Is Bulk Image Downloader safe?

Bulk Image Downloader lets page scripts trigger an all-tabs image scan across open HTTP(S) tabs.

Its content script runs on all pages and frames, listens for Alt hotkeys, and does not check whether the keyboard event came from a real user. A page can dispatch Alt+A to make the background worker inject an image scraper into every HTTP(S) tab in the current window, where it reads image and image-link URLs and displays them in the extension's image tab.
