Is Cargo Express safe?
Cargo Express fetches shared Copart and IAAI buyer passwords from its backend and logs users into auction sites without showing them.
The extension requests Copart and IAAI buyer-account credentials from the vendor's server and uses them to sign the user in automatically, so the password is never displayed. It also sends each bid action, lot, buyer account, username and public IP address to the vendor backend. It disables itself if a debugger is attached and clears auction session cookies when its companion controller extension is disabled or removed.
