Is ChatGPT Folders safe?
Organizes ChatGPT conversations into custom folders in the browser.
This extension lets you create folders and add ChatGPT chats to them for easier organization. Removing a chat from a folder does not remove it from ChatGPT, and the store description says folder data is stored on your device. Some features, including more than 4 folders and JSON import/export, require a PRO plan managed by Lemon Squeezy.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed ChatGPT Folders contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
