Is Contacts & Group Number Export for WhatsApp, WA Number Saver safe?
Clean risk
Contacts & Group Number Export for WhatsApp reads WhatsApp Web contacts and group metadata when the user runs an export.
On WhatsApp Web, its popup asks a content script and injected page script to collect phone numbers, saved or public names, group names, labels, and status flags such as business, admin, blocked, or self. The flow is limited to WhatsApp pages and returns the records to the extension for export; the reviewed claim does not identify an external server endpoint.
