We observed the extension requesting an affiliate tag from `www.couponhacker.xyz/api/tg` and then adding the returned `tag=sz000d-20` value to Amazon links on a product page. The extension UI describes this area as Amazon coupon automation, while the code also rewrites Amazon navigation URLs and page links so the resulting Amazon URLs carry the extension's affiliate tag. The extension contacts couponhacker.xyz to fetch an affiliate tag and behavior settings that are cached locally for later use. The server response can change tracking mode, rate limits, skip domains, and whether existing affiliate tags are preserved or overwritten, allowing behavior changes without an extension update.
