Is Dark mode / night reader safe?
Switches web pages into dark or lower-contrast viewing modes to reduce eye strain.
This extension inverts page colors or reduces contrast, with several modes for dark backgrounds, normal or reduced contrast, and image/text inversion. You can switch modes from the toolbar button, set a default mode in Options, and save separate settings for each website. The description says per-website settings are stored locally and only the default page mode setting is synced through Chrome sync.
