Is Desktop Lux: Effects safe?
Adds animated visual effects such as rain, snow, fireworks, and cursor effects to web pages.
This extension lets you apply decorative effects to web pages, including rain, leaf fall, snow, lightning, flame, smoke, garlands, confetti, fireworks, balloons, and cursor effects. It can also be used as a screen saver. The store description says it is free and periodically requires activation with a free key from the developer’s website.
