Is Custom Cursor for Chrome™ safe?

This extension changes the mouse pointer in Chrome using bundled and user-added cursor packs.

It provides themed cursor packs and points users to a larger Custom Cursor website collection with categories such as games, anime, memes, holidays, and minimal pointers. Users can preview cursor appearance, adjust cursor size, upload their own cursor images, and manage added packs in “My Collection.” Previously opened tabs need to be refreshed, and the extension may not work on Chrome Web Store pages or the Chrome home page.
