Is Google Meet Enhanced Experience safe?
Adds real-time camera effects and background changes for Google Meet calls.
This extension lets users toggle visual effects for their camera during Google Meet calls, including virtual green screen backgrounds, blur, pixelation, freeze, inversion, and face filters. It also includes a “Pretend I’m Here” feature that records a short loop and broadcasts it in the call. The store description says it works locally in the browser and does not collect or store personal data.
