Is F.Block Sponsored safe?
F.Block Sponsored sends its Facebook ad-block counter to fblocksponsored.de during updates and uninstall setup.
F.Block Sponsored runs on Facebook pages and keeps a local count of sponsored or suggested posts it hides. When the extension updates, and when it prepares the browser's uninstall URL, it appends that total as a blockedCount query parameter to fblocksponsored.de pages.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed F.Block Sponsored contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
